TikTok’s Cheese Ramen Top 9 Allergy Friendly Edition

Happy Tuesday everyone!

I found a Cheesy Ramen recipe on TikTok and decided to try my hand at making it. I swear it tastes just like mac and cheese. I made mine top 9 allergy free and this will be a recipe to make again. The ingredients below are an estimate as it was eyeballed pretty much and done to taste. This can also be made vegan by leaving out the chicken breast and using a protein substitute instead.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup nondairy cheese (can be sliced or shredded)
  • 1/2 cup low fat oat milk
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 cup Pad Thai Brown Rice Noodles
  • 1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2 sliced cooked zucchini
  • 2 tbsp dry vegetable broth
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard powder
  • Dash of dried ground ginger
  • 1 stalk of sliced green onion

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, add in your cheese slices, nondairy milk, and seasonings and heat on medium heat.
  2. Once cheese is melted, add in your cooked chicken, zucchini, and noodles.
  3. Stir to coat your chicken, zucchini, and noodles in the cheese sauce and let it heat up.
  4. Once hot, add to serving bowls. Add some chopped green onion and serve.
  5. Enjoy!
